1. Shipping Costs & Rates
We offer a tiered shipping structure based on the total weight of your order:

Orders under 500 Grams (Net Weight): We are pleased to offer FREE shipping across India.

Orders 500 Grams and Above: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the actual rates provided by our logistics partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.). These costs are determined by the weight and the delivery destination.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [e.g., 2–4] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a collection launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once processed, your order typically arrives within:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

Rest of India: 5–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or weather conditions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
[DHA Fashion] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
